Not just a drone company. Not just an inspection company.
GET High Drones, LLC provides technology-enhanced property inspections combining certified thermography, aerial drone surveys, and InterNACHI-standard inspection methodology. Every residential engagement is scoped to the property and what the documentation needs to accomplish — from a post-storm aerial record to a full pre-purchase inspection with thermal imaging throughout.
Florida insurance inspections
Florida insurers require specific documentation before they will bind, renew, or discount a policy. Both inspections below are performed under Florida Home Inspector licence HI18886, with hurricane mitigation training completed in accordance with § 627.711(2), Florida Statutes.
Wind Mitigation Inspection (OIR-B1-1802)
The inspection Florida insurers use to apply windstorm discounts to your premium. We document roof covering, roof deck attachment, roof-to-wall connection, roof geometry, secondary water resistance, and opening protection — on the current 2026 form. Valid up to five years unless the structure changes.
Four-Point Inspection
Roof, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC condition documented in the format insurers require to bind or renew coverage on an older home. Commonly performed on the same visit as a wind mitigation inspection.
Built for agents, buyers, contractors, and insurers
Residential Agents
Refer technology-enhanced thermal inspections to buyers. One thermal finding before closing is worth more than any listing description. Reduces post-closing disputes. Differentiates your service.
Home Buyers
Get the full picture before you sign — aerial coverage plus certified thermal imaging, documentation your lender and attorney can rely on. Know what you are buying. Document what you are buying.
Contractors & Roofers
Aerial visual scoping before sending a crew up. Pre-work condition documentation that protects everyone. Scope the job safely. Document before you start.
Insurance Professionals
Wind mitigation and four-point documentation on the forms carriers require, plus aerial and thermal condition records after storm events — organized, timestamped, and signed by a licensed inspector.
