Four capabilities. Any combination.

Level II Certified Thermography — interpretation, not just imagery.

Every inspection is scoped to the property, the client, and what the documentation needs to accomplish. We combine our four certified capabilities to match.

  • Level II Certified Thermography

  • CCPIA Certified Commercial Property Inspector

  • InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector

  • FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot

Not a menu. A toolkit.

GET High Drones doesn't sell packages — we scope each engagement to what the property, client, and documentation purpose actually require. Aerial visual documentation, aerial thermal imaging, handheld thermal IR, and InterNACHI/CCPIA inspection are four distinct capabilities. Any combination can be deployed together. The scope we agree on determines which are included — and the cost reflects that scope.

Common combinations by engagement type

This is not a fixed menu — these are the combinations most commonly scoped for each type of engagement. Every scope is confirmed before mobilization.

Post-storm / insurance documentation

Residential pre-closing (aerial thermal)
Residential pre-purchase (full)
Commercial roof moisture survey
Commercial asset management review

Note: Scope is confirmed for every engagement. Not every combination above is required for every project — the table reflects typical use, not a fixed requirement.

All services are observational and non-diagnostic.
